Despite being one of the most highly-touted New England Patriots’ rookie selections in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Pats are trading linebacker Joshua Uche to the Kansas City Chiefs for a 2026 sixth-round pick. Uche’s tenure in New England did not quite live up to expectation, save for the 2022 season where he earned a career-high 11.5 sacks. The Michigan product was a healthy scratch for the Patriots’ 25-22 victory over the New York while his exit from New England became a near certainty.
