The Miami Dolphins will be releasing Tua Tagovailoa if they are unable to get a value trade for him. Considering Tua is unlikely to garner interest in a trade, it appears his time with the Dolphins is done and that leaves big questions about where they go next at quarterback. The Atlanta Falcons will also be releasing Kirk Cousins, but a return to Atlanta could make some sense for both sides. Also in Atlanta, Kyle Pitts got the franchise tag at the tight end spot and this is a move that doesn’t really make sense with where the Falcons are as a team and how Pitts fits in the offense. Alec Pierce is another player who could see a tag from the Indianapolis Colts and keeping him instead of going after other veterans in free agency is definitely the right move. George Pickens is also likely to get tagged by the Dallas Cowboys, but they need to work out a long term deal as soon as possible, especially after spending on Javonte Williams in free agency. Also at running back, Breece Hall will be getting a tag from the New York Jets in a confusing move considering the past between the two parties.
