The Bears hosted their inaugural Celebrating Women and Girls in Sports Day — brought to you by the Chicago Bears Women’s Advisory Board — at 2025 Chicago Bears Training Camp by LRS August 13. Designed to empower the team’s female fans, female athletes and female professionals, the day was highlighted by the first-ever Women in Sports Media Career Expo for 50 local college students, who engaged in panel discussions, networking opportunities and hands-on workshops with women both inside and outside the organization.
