The Tennessee Titans took a loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, but the worst part was the loss of Cam Ward to a shoulder injury. Ward being used on a design run for what feels like the first time all season in the scenario he did feels like a final act of malpractice from Mike McCoy and his offensive staff. However, the weekend was mostly filled with good news for the Titans as their draft pick situation was finally secured and is in a great spot after the results of the early window in the Week 18 slate. Finally, the Titans released a major announcement on Friday that isn’t really news, but serves as a public relations statement to ease the mind of concerned future coaching candidates. It reaffirms the power Mike Borgonzi has and demotes Chad Brinker back into an advisory role. This is good news for all Titans fans even if it isn’t “new.”
