Neither have earned commitment from their teams and bringing in a veteran makes that even more clear. Team wise, not many teams have lost as much talent as the Seattle Seahawks who will have a very difficult time repeating with all of the losses they have seen. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers also lost a lot of talent like Mike Evans, whose value cannot be replaced or replicated easily.
