Here is the recipe:
2oz Bourbon
2-3 dashes Peychauds Bitters
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1/2 oz water
Little less than 1/2 oz Homemade Gum Syrup
3 drops 20% saline solution
Mix in a glass with ice
Pour into an ice filled Old Fashionedglass
