The Jacksonville Jaguars made a mistake when they ired Head Coach Doug Pederson. That Mistake was ONLY firing the coach, and not adding in General Manager Trent Baalke as well. Owner had Khan has continuously shown that his patience with mediocrity is more important than making a tough decision to make this franchise whole. This was an awful miscalculation that will cost the team mightily.
