The NFL stocked the unemployment line as it typically does on ‘BLACK MONDAY,’ but not every move was a positive as the Cleveland Browns made a major mistake by letting Kevin Stefanski go after they sabotaged him with terrible quarterbacks and the worst trade in NFL history. However, the Las Vegas Raiders did make a good decision to move on from Pete Carroll as the game has simply past him by. The Arizona cardinals canned Johnathan Gannon and while that may be justified, the Cardinals are clearly the worst opening of all the current jobs. The Atlanta Falcons may be the BEST open job with all the talent they have on the roster. Finally, some teams have decided to bring back their decision makers like the Indianapolis Colts keeping the brain trust of Shane Steichen and Chris Ballard and the New York Giants bringing back general manager Joe Schoen. Both of these moves are mistakes for each team. The Baltimore Ravens and Green Bay Packers still seem undecided on any future changes.
