There’s no sugar-coating those optics, the Saints have a job on their hands that top options don’t want. Perhaps the Saints will be left in a position wherein they must hire someone in 2025 to help them through the next couple of years before they have a better salary cap, draft crop and talent on their roster to sell again in another couple of seasons. It’s tough, but the business is the business. This all also heats the seat for Mickey Loomis quite dramatically.
