The Pittsburgh Steelers report to training camp tomorrow and have a coming quarterback battle on the depth chart between Will Howard and Mason Rudolph. If the second-year quarterback who won a national championship from Ohio State in Howard is going to beat out the Steelers’ longtime backup in Rudolph, Christopher Carter sees one key element he has to show in practices and during the preseason.
